Amy Chouinard, LCMHC

Amy, the founder and clinical director of her practice, has been passionate about mother and infant health since her early years, beginning her career as the youngest volunteer at a local crisis pregnancy center. With over 18 years of experience in Women's Reproductive Mental Health, she specializes in helping women navigate infertility, neonatal loss, and postpartum adjustment. Amy holds multiple certifications, including advanced training in EMDR, hypnosis, and reproductive mental health, and serves on various professional committees, offering coaching and consulting nationwide.

Meghan Santos, LICSW

Meghan is a licensed social worker with over 15 years of experience in mental health, both as a clinician and researcher. Her passion for supporting women during significant life transitions grew from her own journey to motherhood, and she emphasizes the importance of honoring women's well-being during these times. Meghan holds a Maternal Mental Health Certificate from Postpartum International and integrates cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, EMDR, and positive psychology techniques in her practice.

Sondra Cullen, LCMHC

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a diverse background spanning mental health, substance use recovery, special education, and support for military families. I have a special passion for helping parents and families navigate the emotional and relational shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. My approach is warm and collaborative, creating a safe space for individuals, couples, and parents to feel heard and supported. I earned my psychology degree from Marist College and my graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University.

Alexis Reale, LCMHC, R-DMT

Alexis Reale, based in Meredith, NH, is a psychotherapist and dance/movement therapist with a Master’s degree from Lesley University. She has worked with diverse populations, including seniors, children, and adults, in various mental health settings. Drawing from over 30 years of movement experience and her own journey to motherhood, Alexis uses dance/movement therapy to help clients connect with their bodies and create lasting, positive change during emotionally vulnerable times.

Nuala (New-la) Tzovolos, LCMHC-c

Nuala (new-la) is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling practicum and intern from Walden University completing her graduate training in Bedford, NH. She is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the many life transitions of womanhood.

Nuala offers a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She blends person-centered principles, mindfulness strategies, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help women build resilience and self-compassion. She is especially committed to expanding her expertise in perinatal mental health, guiding clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, grief, and other pivotal changes.

Dawn Monahan, LCMHC-c, MSN

Dawn, a CMHC practicum and intern from Plymouth State University, has over 25 years of experience in women's healthcare as a nurse and educator. Her commitment to women's health and their transition to parenting and other life changes inspired her to carve out a career that enhanced her passion for supporting perinatal women who are seeking help to manage the impacts of pregnancy and the growing family. Her diverse background includes supporting women as a former lactation consultant, co-chairperson of a bereavement and traumatic birth program, and a community liaison to parents of infants born with chronic conditions. Dawn holds a certificate in integrative and holistic nursing practice and is preparing to sit for certification in perinatal mental health counseling.

Stevi Gelinas, NH MFT-c

Stevi is a Marriage & Family Therapist candidate dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most difficult transitions. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, she creates a safe space for healing and growth.

She specializes in working with concerns related to sexuality, sexual trauma, body image, and identity, as well as the unique challenges of major life transitions. Her work is deeply informed by somatic, body-based therapies that recognize the powerful connection between mind and body. By integrating these techniques, Stevi helps clients release trauma and emotional distress, fostering greater peace and resilience. In addition to her individual work, Stevi supports couples and families in improving communication, navigating conflict, and deepening emotional and sexual connection. Her therapeutic style is both humanistic and experiential, encouraging clients to access their inner strengths and wisdom.

Stevi’s ultimate goal is to empower the people she works with not only to cope with life’s challenges, but to thrive, building relationships and lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
