1. What you'll receive. When you opt in on our website form, you may receive text messages about your inquiry, appointments, reminders, confirmations, and account notifications. If you also check the second consent box, you may receive occasional messages about groups, workshops, and resources. Consenting to texts is not a condition of receiving services.
2. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
3. Cost. Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
4. How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.

6. Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy. Please don't send sensitive health information by text. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
